Merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase and is required for all exchanges and refunds. Purchase must have been made within the last 14 days and the merchandise must be in its original condition, complete with accessories, packaging and instructions. Refunds will be issued based on the method of payment. We reserve the right to research the original purchase and to limit or decline refunds.

- Items purchased that could have hidden damage or has NOT been verified to work properly – 100% Refund
- Items that do not require assembly or electricity will be allowed in-store credit. These items would include tools, clothes, health and beauty, carpets, etc.
All returns will require a receipt, must be in its original condition, complete with accessories, packaging and instructions and within the 14 day return period. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If a replacement is available the replacement item will be replaced with a new item. If the customer is not interested in a new item, in-store credit will be provided.
